Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan Could Forfeit ₹15,000 Crore Pataudi Properties in Bhopal
The Madhya Pradesh High Court has authorized the Centre to take control of properties valued at ₹15,000 crore that belong to the Pataudi dynasty, categorized as “enemy properties.” These Bhopal-based assets are connected to Saif Ali Khan’s royal lineage. The Patuadi lineage properties once belonged to the Nawabs of Bhopal, tracing back to Saif Ali Khan’s grandmother Sajida Sultan.

“Enemy property” describes the property that was abandoned by individuals who relocated to Pakistan or China during periods of partition and conflict. In this situation, the properties are reportedly connected to the Nawabs of Bhopal, Saif Ali Khan’s ancestral lineage.
The Custodian of Enemy Property is in charge of these properties, which the Indian government is permitted to seize under the Enemy Property Act of 1968. Saif on compulsion must approach the appealed authority under the Enemy property Act,2017. He had time till January 12 but there was no action from his side.

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan might lose significant real estate linked to the Pataudi family legacy worth 15,000 crore as a result of the recent ruling. The potential loss of Patuadi family estates could be a serious setback for the Bollywood royal couple and their link to the Pataudi lineage. This situation has attracted considerable attention due to the significant historical and financial worth of these assets.
