The concert will occur at the iconic Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Polo Ground, HVJV+2JW, Polo-Lawmali, Golf Links, Shillong, Meghalaya 793001.

Ed Sheeran, known for his chart-topping hits like “Shape of You,” “Perfect,” and “Thinking Out Loud,” his performance in Shillong marks a historic moment for fans in Northeast India. This is part of his ongoing world tour, drawing massive crowds globally. The tickets went on sale on December 11, 2024, sold out in minutes. Tickets for the concert in Shillong, India on February 12, 2025, ranged from Rs 1,200 to Rs 14,000.

The concert is part of Ed Sheeran’s “Mathematics Tour”, which sold out in under five minutes after they went live for the general public at 4 pm on Wednesday. Presale tickets were made available exclusively for select cardholders on Monday, while general ticket sales opened on Wednesday. Each person was allowed to book up to six tickets. The India leg of Ed Sheeran’s tour will begin in Pune on January 30 and will include performances in Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi, and Bengaluru, and last till February 15, 2025.
